TICKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT: RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

All attendees of the 2026 Be Bold for Jesus Conference must agree to these terms in order to purchase tickets and attend the event.

I desire to attend the 2026 Be Bold for Jesus Conference (the "Activity") sponsored by He’s the Solution Inc., dba Be Bold for Jesus Ministries, ("HTS") at the Spokane Convention Center (the "Premises"). In consideration of being permitted by HTS to attend the event, I agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this release ("Release"), and confirm my careful review and assent to these terms as part of my ticket purchase.
1. All ticket sales final and there are no refunds or exchanges. I agree that a ticket issued by HTS is for the sole purpose of accessing the Premises which the Activity is scheduled to occur. HTS may, at its sole and absolute option, revoke a ticket at any time, which includes denying me access to the Premises for any reason, including but not limited to any violation, or suspected violation of any or all of these terms and conditions, or for any violation or suspected violation of any applicable laws, policies, rules or regulations, as determined by HTS or its contractors. Any purchase or possession of tickets for the Activity constitutes the irrevocable acceptance of, and the agreement to be bound by, all of the terms and conditions contained herein. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS.
2. I UNDERSTAND THAT BY PURCHASING TICKETS AND ATTENDING THE ACTIVITY I WILL EXPOSE MYSELF TO RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH CONCERTS AND LARGE EVENTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THEFT, ASSAULT, WEAPONS, BOMBS, UNRULY ATTENDEES, SURGING CROWDS, FIRES, STRUCTURAL MALFUNCTIONS, CLOSE SEATING, THE REQUIREMENT TO USE STAIRS AND HEAVILY TRAFFICKED WALKWAYS, THE REQUIREMENT TO NAVIGATE WALKWAYS WITH COVERED WIRING, DISPLAYS, AND PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT, AND/OR DISEASES SUCH AS COVID-19. I AM AWARE AND UNDERSTAND THAT THE ACTIVITY IS A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY AND INVOLVES THE RISK OF PERSONAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY, PAIN, SUFFERING, TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT DISABILITY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND/OR FINANCIAL LOSS. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THESE RISKS MAY RESULT FROM OR BE COMPOUNDED BY THE ACTIONS, OMISSIONS, OR NEGLIGENCE OF HTS EMPLOYEES OR OTHERS, INCLUDING NEGLIGENT EMERGENCY RESPONSE OR RESCUE OPERATIONS OF HTS. I UNDERSTAND THAT HTS CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT I WILL NOT BE INJURED WHILE ON THE PREMISES OR DURING MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY. I acknowledge there is no guarantee, nor do I have the expectation, that HTS will provide liability insurance for the protection of those who may attend the event.
3. NOTWITHSTANDING THE RISKS OUTLINED ABOVE, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM PURCHASHING TICKETS AND WILL BE VOLUNTARILY ACCESSING THE PREMISES AND PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGERS INVOLVED. I HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL RISKS OF ILLNESS, PERSONAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY, PAIN, SUFFERING, TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT DISABILITY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND/OR FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING THEREFROM, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF HTS OR OTHERWISE.
4. I HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVE AND RELEASE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER KNOWN, AGAINST HTS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MANAGER(S), EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SHAREHOLDERS/MEMBERS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, "RELEASEES") ON ACCOUNT OF PERSONAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY, ILLNESS, PAIN, SUFFERING, TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT DISABILITY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR ATTRIBUTABLE TO MY BEING ON THE PREMISES OR PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF HTS OR ANY RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE. I covenant not to make or bring any such claim against HTS or any other Releasee, and forever release and discharge HTS and all other Releasees from liability under such claims.
5. I shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HTS and all other Releasees against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including attorneys' fees, incurred by HTS or any other Releasees arising out of or resulting from any claim of a third party related to my attending the Activity, including any claim related to my own negligence or the ordinary negligence of HTS.
6. I hereby consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if I am injured or require medical attention during my participation in the Activity. I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for all costs related to such medical treatment and any related medical transportation and/or evacuation. I hereby release, forever discharge, and hold harmless HTS and all other Releasees from any claim based on such treatment or other medical services.
7. Photographic Release. I understand and agree that during the Activity, I may be photographed and/or videotaped by HTS for internal and/or public and promotional use. I hereby grant and convey to the Organization all right, title, and interest, including but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits, in any and all such photographs or recordings, and consent to HTS’s use of my name, image, likeness, and voice in perpetuity, in any medium or format, for any publicity without further compensation or permission.
8. This Release constitutes the sole and entire agreement of HTS and me with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties. If any term or provision of this Release is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such status shall not affect any other term or provision of this Release. This Release is binding on and shall inure to the benefit of HTS and me and our respective heirs, successors, and assigns. All matters arising out of this Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Washington without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.
